Cindy Vennix, Occupational Therapist
I’m announcing my retirement and the closing of Ergonomically Correct, LLC. It has been a great joy for the past 40 years to assist employees in completing job tasks with greater comfort through training and evaluation of job sites and worker techniques during job tasks.
My heartfelt thanks go to this community and all the organizations with whom I have had the privilege to help. Global companies like Stryker, Pfizer, Graphic Packaging Corporation, and Perrigo. Southwest Michigan facilities, including Western Michigan University, Southwestern Michigan College, Michigan State University, Lansing Community College, FEMA, Consumers Credit Union, Walsworth Printing, Paw Paw, and Kalamazoo Master Gardeners Association.
Testimonials
“I have worked with Cindy for the past 14 years and can vouch for her effectiveness in heading off injuries through proactive intervention. She has been a game-changer for our safety record, as we can almost always keep a nagging ache or pain from becoming a recordable injury through her intermediation. She has worked with us regarding job assessments, ergonomic redesigns, and customized stretching programs for employees in both office and manufacturing positions.”

“I have had the pleasure of working with Cindy in an outpatient therapy setting for 11 years. We frequently collaborated on shared patients. Cindy’s vast experience and knowledge of both ergonomics and occupational therapy have proven themselves over and over again in our years together. This was evidenced by the patients’ improved overall functional status, decreased pain, greater ease in self-care tasks and return to work.”

“I have worked in the field of industrial rehabilitation with Cindy Vennix for 20 years. She processes a very high skill set in the areas of ergonomics, job analysis, job coaching, and injury management with a specific focus on Worker’s Compensation cost reduction. Cindy has exceptional knowledge and intervention skills, especially the injuries of the wrist/hand.
These clinical skills along with her comfort level working with the injured individual and respective communication with leadership make her a true asset to any office or industrial setting. I highly recommend Cindy for interventions in the aforementioned.
From a personal perspective, I consider Cindy to be an honest, hard-working person committed to integrity and straight talk.”
